Crunchy Peanut Butter Chocolate 'Granola'

Crunchy Peanut Butter Chocolate 'Granola'

INGREDIENTS

1 rounded tsp of natural peanut butter (no sugar or hydrogenation)
1/2 tsp cocoa powder (the baking kind)
Splenda/sucralose pkt (or your choice of sugar free sweetener) to taste
cinnamon to taste
tiny bit of vanilla extract

Toasted:
4-5 TBSP unsweetened shredded coconut
1 tsp sunflower seeds
1/4 c sliced almonds
about 4-5 walnut halves busted up.

After toasting ingredients are lightly browned, dump it into bowl and sprinkle in a bit of a splenda pkt
some cinnamon, the cocoa powder and vanilla. While it is still hot, blob on a TBSP of coconut oil and the peanut butter then mix til it is all coated.

Pour in 1/4 C. Hood milk (2-4 carb milk substitute) or some half & half to thicken the coconut oil.

Hits the spot (yes it works your jaw but I don't mind that because I'm used to
eatting stuff like this in my raw oatmeal).  Great for breakfast, snack, or dessert.

**This is approximately 6.7 carbs
