Our Favorite Coleslaw


This is our family's favorite coleslaw recipe.  We double it for our large family. If you don't like the sweetener used, simply switch it out for one you prefer :)



COLESLAW

1 pkg coleslaw mix (1 lb) or 1/2 head of cabbage and 1 oz of carrot, shredded
1/2 c mayo
1/2 c sour cream
2 Tablespoons Splenda/sucralose
1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/8 tsp black pepper

Mix all ingredients except cabbage in a large bowl.
Add cabbage and stir til well coated.

Chill at least 1 hr before serving so it can shrink and flavors can mix (we make it the day before).

Makes about 7 servings (1/2 cup)

4.3 carbs per serving.
