Naturally low carb too!
Quiche is so yummy and versitile! My whole family loves it. If you don't like certain veggies then just replace them with ones you do like! This particular method is low carb and not watery. It is yummy warm or cold straight from the fridge. You can cut up individual portions (for us that is 1/4 of the quiche) and freeze in baggies. I like to make two-four at a time so I can freeze some.
